So, according to the preview of the lifesize prop replica of the mask with the jawbone on it, that Pred is officially called Mr. Black.

Which one then is Mr. Orange and Mr. Pink? Is this the new naming trend for Preds, they have to be named after Quinton Tarentino characters like Wolf, the cleaner in Pulp Fiction?

These guys all look like Russian circus strong men with Mardi Gras heads on.

Well, if it makes sense and helps to let people know what the character's about then I say go for it.

It seemed like calling Wolf let us know that his role was more one of cleaning up than hunting like the Preds of the past.

Mr. Black could just be a friendly nod, aren't Rodriguez and Tarantion kind of pals?

Yes, they are good friends, even co-directing several movies like Dusk til Dawn.

So which Pred is the Gimp, and which one is Satanico Pandimonium?

Is anyone else not a fan of the new bio mask designes????
I really dont like em':(

It took a bit for me to get used to them.
But, I've definately grown really fond of the new designs.

Can't wait to get a good, clear look at them.

I'm still not sold on the falconer one, but the other 2 are excellent.

Yeah , from what I've seen I'm not a fan of the designs , I want to see them on the big screen though.
I have seen fan designs I prefer , I've always liked that alien one.

Yeh the Falconer bio is the one that bothers me the most, just doesn't
resemble a predator to me.

So far, I'm it's meh for me. But yeah, I wanna see clear shot of them all before I make up my mind

Big 'MEH' from me to untill we get some clear hi res shots.

Well, they are supposed to be a different type of predator so I suppose looking a little new is to be expected.

I read in Empire an interview with the director ( the Nimrod guy :lol ) where he said ..." the predators in the original movies were like dogs and these are like wolves. "

Something like that , I'm not getting excited for this , I've just got a bad feeling. I really hope I'm wrong though.

The thing that gets me is that there's no advertisement for this movie and it's just under a month away. Besides a few forums, I just don't feel the "buzz" for what looks like a promising movie.

Lately though I've noticed that advertising for new films is happening closer to release...besides movies like Ironman and chick flicks.

There is not one character in that movie named Mr. Black. So....I dont get the connection.

He gets the name because he's all black. He's the Black Super Predator. Mr. Black sounds cooler. It's just a code name that stuck.
