Credit where credit is due my friend and you certainly deserve it not only did you get the correct character but you even posted the exact same pic of roller that I used as one of my reference pics then again, I think it's the only decent one available of him on google images

LOOOOLL I only just went back and saw Soundwave as CBG's guess love it. Surely you've got a few cassettes around and a ghetto blaster you can paint blue to litter around the base man!?

bless CBG...he did try I really tried to help by giving some killer clues like...he's linked to Optimus Prime, he fits on his base, he is blue, he does not transform I suppose Soundwave is blue so it wasn't the worst guess

At first the photo looks scary but after a couple of minutes you can clearly see the importance of friendship in every form Besides we are enough creepy, just look at us, we all fall in love with statues and spend so much money for them If I spend the same amount of time and money for women, I will be the Hugh Hefner of Turkey

G1 Megatron Half Scale Custom Statue Update:

Okay guys, so the G1 Megatron half scale statue is well on its way to me after being shipped last Friday but with no updates on the tracking it looks like it will be arriving mid next week now however, fear not as I have a few exclusive teaser pics!! So as you know my G1 Optimus Prime which was recently repainted into a more animated style, is ready and waiting for Megs to arrive so they can go into battle together and stand side by side in an epic G1 display...however, I'm pleased to say that my Megatron has already had the same treatment and has been repainted the same way as I had Prime done and to ressemble a more G1 animated feel to it as this is how I best remember them I posted a pic a few weeks ago of the final completed Megatron statue in its original factory colour scheme which was the metallic silver and predominantly weathered with battle damage, just like the original design for the Optimus Prime...and remember, mine will have a completely different colour scheme to this...here is the pic again

Let the teasing begin ....now if you thought Optimus Prime was big at just over 42" tall then stand by for Megatron

now I've been in touch with Infinity Creative Designs about this pic and although Megatron seems to tower over Prime, I've been told that the picture angle is slightly misleading and isn't as tall as that pic shows. This custom Megatron is roughly 45" tall and is apparently slightly larger than Optimus anyway so at least it remains accurate in that aspect

Another nice feature was that the first 10 orders for Megatron would all receive an Exclusive 'Bumblebee' severed head and this would be placed in the clasping hand of Megatron as a sign of him revelling in his victory over the autobots! As you can also see from the pics above, it comes with a much more detailed base including the crushed body of Ironhide which Megatron is crushing with his foot plus an extra exclusive which was kindly added to my order and that is the severed head of Ironhide aswell Not only that but like my Optimus Prime, Megatron will also include fully working light up features for the eyes (red) and the huge canon (yellow)

Now I've already seen my completed Megatron and I am totally pumped about receiving him and I really don't want to give too much away at this stage to how mine looks as I wanted it to be a surprise but hell to it! hahahaha here is a teaser of my G1 WIP repaint!

and check this out.....when I was sent a pic of the shipping box I was totally stunned! the box has to be the biggest that I've ever received in my 2 years of collecting...it literally is the size of a refridgerator!!! I've already told the wife that Megatron is on its way (which she wasn't best pleased about if i'm being totally honest) so imagine what her reaction will be when she sees this beast turn up!

I really like the new mark 7 bust. I have been contemplating an IM bust for quite some time. I just don't know which one to get. I would love to hear your opinion. Hey James, thanks for the kind comments and support as always bro means a lot so in regards to your question regarding the Iron Man bust...I would say hold on and wait for the early reviews to come in for the MKVII LIFESIZE bust before making a decision...I know a lot of collectors who are yet undecided abt this piece due to certain reasons such as the blue tinge around the arc reactor and the paint apps which apparently gives the bust as a whole a cheap and plasticy kind of look...I, on the other hand, am really looking forward to it don't forget you also have the MK42 LIFESIZE bust which is yet to be released and despite not being everyone's favourite character/suit, its a beautiful looking bust featuring the added shoulders which none of the other IM busts have included in their design so for this reason alone it's very appealing.

He-Man should be shipping this/next week so will definately get him posted up on my thread

Hey buddy, thanks so much for the great comments and as always your support is much appreciated Well, I've got some good news in that Megatron has landed in London.....AND.....i'll be looking to pick him up from my local depo on Friday infact its worked out quite well in that they could've actually delivered him tomorrow but then my wife would have to sign for it and there's no way in hell that I'm gonna let that happen so at least this way Friday is a day off work and so i'll be able to sneak Megatron in without anyone looking....I hope!

As promised guys, here is the update in regards to my custom 1/4 scale Predator which I purchased a few months back and a 3rd custom headsculpt which I had made for me aswell as an extra biomask which I wanted to display on the base when using the reveal portrait - just like on the Cinemaquette version So this headsculpt that I had made has no relation with the movie and is purely for my own preference and for display purposes so I've gone for a battle damaged look (similar to that of what the Hot Toys Classic Predator has got). Its been really well done and just what I was looking for so a big thanks to Jo and the team at the Arts Department.

So here are a few pics of the battle damaged biomask headsculpt w/o the dreads. As you can see, this particular headsculpt comes with the light up biomask already built in, as opposed to the other masked headsculpt which is lighted up through the terminals attached to the actual statue - which is a nice touch.

and here are some pics of the other headsculpts on their display stands

As mentioned, I had also asked for an extra battle damaged biomask to be made so that I could use it for my base when using the reveal portrait and that came out really well too

So all in all I'm pretty happy with it...just need to sort out the final display for this guy but as you can see from some of these pics, i'll be incorporating a jungle backdrop to really make this guy stand out As ever guys, thanks for looking and hope you like enjoy the pics

P.S. Today is the day I'm picking up my G1 Megatron half scale custom statue and I couldn't be more excited...not only for the statue but because I am now in control of working out how to get this huge box past my wife without her seeing it, which was an initial worry as the courier company were going to deliver this whilst I was out at work - which meant she had to sign for it
