and check this out.....when I was sent a pic of the shipping box I was totally stunned! the box has to be the biggest that I've ever received in my 2 years of collecting...it literally is the size of a refridgerator!!! I've already told the wife that Megatron is on its way (which she wasn't best pleased about if i'm being totally honest) so imagine what her reaction will be when she sees this beast turn up!

These two sure make an epic display altogether, but I hope Megatron would REALLY be in-scale with Prime.

BTW. the Mark VII Life-Size bust has that bluish tint on its Arc Reactor window? COuld have just left that white or transparent.

Whao that Megatron looks so much bigger than Optimus! Just wow!

Also those Iron Man life size busts look awesome together. Wish I had that kind of space for displaying.

Damn that prime and megaton is epic! Best statue to date. It's pure g1! I would kill for both of them. I'm really loving the prime as well. I'm not into the bay stuff since it's not what I remember from the cartoons. Until someone makes g1 TF statues I won't be buying any of them. Congrats on owning the best g1 statues! Btw those iron man displays are so cool! Great collection!

Hey CBG, thanks for your great comments as ever buddy. I know your a massive fan of these G1 statues so I hope my full Megatron reveal next week will do you proud Yea, G1 means so much to growing up as a kid so these collectibles really help spark that sense of nostalgia for me when I used to wake up early before school just to catch the next episode good times indeed! I'm just so grateful to have had the opportunity to own these pieces...so many talented sculptors all over the world that make statues like this possible. Talking of which CBG, I've also got another surprise for you which your going to love!!!! I'll give you a clue...in a few weeks I've got another G1 Transformers piece arriving which is connected with my Optimus Prime statue. It will sit on the base alongside Prime, has wheels but does not transform. Any guesses??? Oh, and its blue!!!

Hey Andre, that's right! the Megatron crushing Ironhide is taken from the movie you know your stuff!!

As for the XM Studios 1/4 IM MKVII, I don't think that one will be released for another 6-7 months my friend I'm waiting for it too!

As usual, I am always late to the party. I wish I had known you had gotten an Optimus from Infinity as well. I know when I originally showed my Optimus and did a video review of it (with a crappy camera mind you), I got quite a few inquiries about it. I absolutely love the Optimus repaint. I wish I had gotten more involved with Infinity about painting my Optimus a more clean version.

You can bet I have been in constant contact about how I want my Megatron. This one I want a clean paint job, closer to how they would look if they came off the assembly line recently. I am keeping the silver paint and the purple light for the cannon but going the more clean paint job route with very little weathering. I am really anxious and excited for you to receive your Megs. It will still be a little minute before I can get mine (still coming up with the funds).

Like I told Danny, I am in this line for the long haul. And now that Grimlock is in the works and I am also getting a complete Ironhide, I can't wait myself. As always, make mine G1 TRANSFORMERS FOR LIFE!!!!!

Oh and btw, I have Aki working on my own commission 1:2 World of Warcraft Illidan Stormrage statue as we speak. Its the biggest piece he has ever worked on he told me.

But grats on the Optimus and Megs!!! Ill be checking your thread quite frequently bro.
