Yep this is one awesome PF alright! It's one that i'll never let out of my collection. Word of warning though. Watch those magnets in the shield. They have a nasty habbit of coming loose. Mine did it and so did a few other people's i know.

So when you take the shield off always check the magnets are where they are meant to be. Wouldn't want it smashing a shield.

One of my ultimate favs in my collection. It probably is the ultimate Hulk collectible (even Lou Ferrigno has one in his home!) I present to you the Hulk Premium Format

Hey Dave, yea..there are a number of collectors out there who arent a big fan of the Kirby Hulk design, gotta say myself that i was sceptical at first but its just one of those situations where you are literally blown away by it when seeing it in the flesh. I can understand why this is renowned as being one of SS best ever statues as the sheer size, weight and presence is something to behold. I too am getting excited about the Hulk Maquette as i was a big fan of the Avengers Hulk not so much of the other movie Hulks. So it will be nice to be able to take some comparison shots between the PF and the Maquette

Hey Dave, yea..there are a number of collectors out there who arent a big fan of the Kirby Hulk design, gotta say myself that i was sceptical at first but its just one of those situations where you are literally blown away by it when seeing it in the flesh. yes the comparison shots would be very cool ... So we should see them very soon i really can't wait for this one

As promised guys, here is the Robocop Maquette by Sideshow. Such an iconic movie back in the 80's that i couldnt miss out on the 1/4 statue! Its one of the only maquettes available that offers articulation in the waist, arms and head...aswell as the traditional switch out hands, weapons etc....Have to say that i love the base for this piece...such a nice touch to include the Detroit Police emblem, very similar to Black Widows PF base

yea robocop one of my favourite films from the 80's i'm showing my age now
Nice figure back from the day when sideshows quality wasn't in question

I have some of their grails and they have taken a massive dip in the last year +. I couldn't picture a time where i'd not buy from SSC but now i hardly get anything of theirs. Hope that changes with the Avengers Hulk though.

I'm hopeful there's been a change of direction from sideshow with great quality of black widow, joker pf, captain america and thor. Let's hope this new direction is permanent

Like you Dave, I only started collecting early last year and so missed so many of the old grail pieces. However, with a bit of luck and persistence I've managed to track down all the grails that I missed out on and added them to my collection...
