Hi aslan, appreciate the kind words and thanks for stopping by my friend. Just have to say that watching your YT vid on the Iron Man 1:2 Maquette display just gave me inspiration to go out and get it! Your display for the 1:2 MKIII is just awesome, even to the point that when i do get the chance to display mine (as its still stored inside its box) i have even purchased the Stark Industries Logo Decals to put on the display case like yours!

Jay, do you know if the MKII will be making an appearance in Iron Man 3? Whatever happened to the MKII? When Brody took the suit in Iron Man 2 did he upgrade that suit to build War Machine? So the MKII no longer exists?

excellant bust myfreind would love to collect the iron man stuff but im focusted on star wars pfs i have 16 more to get any way keep on collecting look foeward to the next collectable that u will unvail

Hey Dave, thanks pal...baby is on the way in a few months time so many great times ahead for me this year. My 2 year old daughter loves my collection or when I unbox a new piece...can't even imagine what she's thinking when she sees a Hulk PF or an Iron Man 1:1 bust in the flesh...as for the new baby, well if its a boy then he'll be in for treat! I remember my first journey into Forbiddon Planet at the tender age of 24, yes 24!! And the feeling I had then when I first saw these amazing statues was a feeling that I'd never forget...so glad and grateful that I now have the opportunity to own them

Guys, just wanted to update you on my latest purchase...cant say too much yet as i dont have him in hand but fair to say that he is one of the ORIGINAL Holy Grail pieces and one which i wasnt expecting to have him in my collection if im honest. Fortunately, the chance popped up at a price that i just couldnt turn down. He should be arriving today...i'm actually quite excited....Any guesses who it could be? If i could give you a clue, he currently sells for rediculous prices on the secondary market!

P.S. No its not the Hulk Maquette but he should be arriving this Monday

P.P.S. Knowing Jay, he'll probably guess right first time! ha!

Cheers bro to be honest i'm still stunned at the price i paid for it...i think alot of people here would be too...it actually got delivered to my office about half hour ago so i'll have to wait till tonite to get some pics up. Dont even mention the Doom 1:2 scale...having that one piece alone is enough to just pack in the whole game for me. Its an absolute work of art and costs an arm and a leg!

Unfortunately it was just the regular Jay...was the Ex the goblet and table? Still got no idea of what to expect from this piece? I know you have it so does it live upto its huge secondary market price tag in your opinion?
