It is almost 16 days and still no reply from returns regarding my HULK replacement either.

That sucks! But with the QC problems that company has it's not a surprise is it?

I like the eyebrows on this HULK as they are. Looks like he is undergoing PMS.

He does look like he's squinting doesn't he? It's the muscle on the brow pushing it up.
