Plus we don't know how long this takes place after Avengers and not all the suits will be massively different, so he could have made them no problem. Some are just rescue suits as well.

I was going to put that in my other post. Something like after he'd eaten his Shawarma he thought it was best to build a million suits just incase of a skrull invasion.

still crack up at the end scene where Hulk roars to wake Stark after he'd passed out and when he wakes up he says "Please tell me nobody kissed me!" great line!
