Well, as a massive IM fan it hurts me deeply to score this movie 7/10. Brilliantly funny at times but not nearly as good as what everyone has been hyping it up to be - at this point in time Avengers 2 seems a long long way away...

I hated what they did to mandarin! For months i've been thinking how awesome he was going to be, only for them to go and do that. I couldn't believe how pissed i got in my seat when the big reveal happened. I was like you have got to be sh.itting me

Other than that i did really enjoy the rest of it though.

Well they should have just used some normal person as the cover story. Why did they have to use mandarin? To take such a powerful enemy and do that to him while having us believe we'd get to see the real mandarin in the film is a massive slap in the face imho. I'm gutted

Yeah I a usually pretty safe. Other than this site, SS and my usual hockey sites I am not on the Internet much so I am usually safe from spoilers. I am purposely staying away from the few comics sites I usually visit till after I see it. All I have seen so far is that some people like it and some don't which doesn't ruin anything because that's the case with all movies.

Hey Maverick, thanks for your question pal. Well, Master Replica in my opinion made the best FX Lightsabers. As you may or may not know, MR lost their trading license back in 2007 and so the company unfortunately was no more. The FX Lightsaber line was then taken over by Hasbro who initially did a good job by introducing new characters but their use of poor quality and cheap materials to help build the lightsabers were there for all to see and so the Hasbro FX lightsaber in my opinion felt much cheaper than MR's version. Hence why MR's FX sabers go for a lot more. So if you can find an MR FX in reasonable condition then i'd say go with them. As for the best hilts, it really depends on what you like in terms of character and hilt design. I especially like the Obi Wan Kenobi Saber from Episode IV A New Hope (Blue Blade) and the Vader from Episode V The Empre Strikes Back). In regards to pricings, they really vary on the online auction sites but i'd estimate both to be worth around GBP65.00-85.00 each. Hope this helps buddy.

Dont think it will get any better or worse for your second viewing...if you liked it the first time then you'll probably like it again. I was supposed to go last night for the second time but cancelled...

Mandarin story was terrible! Whoever came up with that idea needs to go back to disney! They ruined a perfectly good character imo and the movie had him start out so evil and destructive only to later find that he's an impersonator...once again, so disappionted. Then again, it didnt start off at all well especially when the first track of the movie was 'Blue' by Eiffel 65

Your welcome Mav, any questions then just let me know. You shouldnt have a problem finding them as they are often listed on eBay. Only advice would be to finding ones in very good condition as most owners forget that they are collectibles and end up bashing their younger brothers with them!

True though...even though they were an Italian band i proper hated that song back in the day! Almost as annoying as Crazy Frog I was thinking they should have started it off with some Scatman John!
