You can't compare Vaders from ANH and RO Prowse was a giant and if this is Hayden, he's skinny. No matter how you compare, the body alone will make both Vaders seem different no matter what

This kind of fan minutia is one of the reasons I loathe most of Star Wars. That Hot Toys Rogue One Vader thread in particular is a hoot.

The reason the ANH Vader costume was so janky was because of budget and the fact that it was 1977, not because Vader fought in some secret battle between ROTS and ANH that dulled his armor and made his robes pop over his shoulders. It's 2016, of course that **** isn't going to be the same. Just wait, I bet James Earl Jones doesn't sound the same. What then? Some contrived reason like Vader's voice modulator got damaged?

Who cares.

This film seems rushed ..What was the budget? It came out of nowhere. How where they able to film this when they were focused so much on TFA for many years.

I don't see how they could've developed this film so quickly

I don't see it, 77 nobody didn't know anything about the SW universe, so it was fresh and new and because of the level of technology back then, it stood out as revolutionary.

Unfortunately I see this formula for RO as PT dullness

It's all part of the plan. Disney is going to be pooping SW films every year. Next year is episode 8, then in 2018 we get the young Han Solo film.

Yeah too bad Disney will take the magic out of the SW universe with this plan. EP VIII will be a must see but maybe every film until EP IX will start getting too cliche
