There was a federal facility where black AND white guards and bosses were on the payroll of the national black gangs.

There was even a county jail with the notorious DiFabio gang running the joint.

You are never safe.

That will vary from case to case, state to state, judge to judge, etc. But felony theft is no joke. And though he hasn't been convicted in court yet, the publicly available information does not look good. If he did it, he deserves to serve time in my opinion.

Yep stealing is wrong and the worst thing is wasn't like he was stealing food or something for survival. He took advantage of people who he built up trust with. No excuse for doing it at all.

Yeah at first I thought that maybe he got desperately behind in essential payments or something but no way would that have been to the tune of 200 grand. That's the theft of someone who wants to get flat out rich. Too bad, all the moreso because I believe he had teenage children. They must be mortified.

It's not looking good for IrishJedi. Last year a guy who stole "only" $30,000 in Star Wars merchandise from a private collector was sentenced to a year in prison.
