Don't blame me if I'm totally wrong lol. But I do believe that is what will happen. Happened with SDCC Gohan and that was when his regular release was already going for a nice little premium.

Oh yes, I don't want to miss out on SDCC Vegeta as I did with SDCC Gohan. I paid more than I should of for him (and Trunks); nostalgia is a powerful force. Here's hoping they do re-release his normal version. If you are indeed right, then I will buy SDCC Vegeta when his price drops and/or goes on Amazon. His color scheme has grown on me. And the fact he comes with more effect pieces (the best ones of the line, imo) and a stand sways my decision to getting him.

Like I said...Bluefin NEVER sold out of SDCC Vegeta at the Con. They limited people on Preview Night to one per person, but then they lifted it and people were buying boxes. I didn't check on Sunday but I think someone said they went back to limiting one per customer.

I give Bluefin & Bandai/Tamashii a lot of credit. Yes, the prices are jacked up right now but unlike other retailers, they made PLENTY of this figure. Probably more than were thought of and considering a lot of online retailers seem to be getting hold of it certainly reflects that.

I really hope you all get the SDCC Vegeta if you want it!

Don't mean to clutter the thread but I wanted to share my collection as well; sadly just missing SDCC Vegeta but I can wait for it, I'm sure it'll be lower somewhere else like amazon or at NYCC. Getting Trunks to hold his sword with both hands is tricky; if I do another pose I probably won't make him hold it with both since I'm freaking out every time to bend his arms lol. I also need to add a couple more shelves to spread these babies out.

@BaneofDemon & RdRdGhD excellent displays fellas. Truly AWESOME poses you guys got, I strongly encourage those. Enough with the "i think im gonna just pose all my Figuarts standing perfectly still with arms crossed or arms at their sides staring at blankness cuz i lack creativity" mentality. GTFO here with those boring displays, seriously. I LOVE creative displays with each character in unique poses that I've been seeing here more often. Sorry if I offend anyone, but come on guys, these aren't statues. They're ARTICULATED for a reason

The photos of displays I've been seeing here lately have inspired me to switch up my own! Hard to decide which poses to put them in tho, but that's what makes it fun!

Haha thanks! Indeed I'm always switching them up when I think of something new, but I definitely need more room in my cabinet. That's why I'm not fond of the zero versions since I want to keep posing. I was tempted to get the datong vegeta so I can just have a regular saiyan armor of him standing with crossed arms, but I just collect the official ones and say I have them all disregarding customs and such.

Oh also if anyone thought about this with the figuarts Android 16, I hope he comes with a detachable arm or fist when he used that attack on cell; it was something like a hell attack but I can't remember the name, completely awesome. Also maybe his arm can be detached so I can have it where he's shooting a flying fist too with the stage!

Also crisis, you can gtfo cause Im displaying my stuff the way I like it and there ain't nothing wrong with it. If you can't appreciate the finetuning you cn do with articulation, even in simple poses, that's your poblem.

That's why I say do Gohan in his PURPLE Gi.

Yes, some parts might be reused, but not as much as if they just slap Gohan's head on Goku's body. That's why I say an Ultimate/Mystic Gohan (with extra accessories) would work well as a Con Exclusive.

I support this, but Gohan's gi is blue at that age. The video games could never get the colors right for reasons beyond me. (maybe they thought it was easier to recycle the material file and textures from Piccolo)

He only had the purple gi when he was a kid, the Buu saga gi is blue, but the games caused needless confusion because they just wanted to recycle resources (or they didn't notice) :/

Logistically I don't know how this would be possible, but it would have been cool if Figuarts released a Bills figure as an exclusive to the theaters that are showing Battle of the Gods. Like they just set up a table in the actual theater allowing loyal fans exclusive access to a figure.
