There are good and bad points to both. I personally prefer without, as it hides the joint more unless the knee is really bent, wheras the segmented knee is always noticeable imo with very little improvement when bent the same way.

I never looked at it that way but those are very good points. The joint is very well hidden if the knee is slightly bent without the knee pad. It's rare for the knee to be completely bent. I don't think I've ever had a problem with it until Tamashii showed Super Saiyan 4 Goku but that knee was completely bent and focused on with a camera. I wonder if it depends on the color of the pants though but Super Saiyan Goku's knees are pretty well hidden. Broly's knee set-up is interesting. It seems to almost be a combination.

Thank you so much!

Android 20 Yes, i do. This Namek Krillin is for a commission

Angelo 2113 Only the head and arms are from Krilin, the rest from Datong Vegeta scouter

I´m working now on this

Wow, really? Everything fits so well. You did a great job painting the legs. All around, actually.

BARDOCK!

Nice work on the eyes for Super Saiyan Goku. That look is bada**. I'm thinking about doing eye work for for Super Saiyan 3 Goku.

Thanks ^^

You have to cut off the Datong Vegeta´s legs to reduce the high of Vegeta to do Krillin and then put a little of apoxie on the thigh, this is all ;)

I did a painting job in SS3 Goku but was to do his pupil

@FanAtticus good work, great! Do you mind sending those to me?

If not, could you provide a hi-res image of your avatar? I already have the smiling Goku SSj face but I just wanna compare/contrast the 2

Thanks ^^

That's all? That's a lot of technical work. :lol You made it all work very nicely though. Pupils look great on Super Saiyan 3 Goku, too. I was actually just going to try and change the positioning of the eyes on the shouting face but putting the pupils in gives it that nice finished look. Steady brush or toothpick? I hope you continue to post pictures!

I dunno.. I personally like the kneepads, they hide the joints well, they don't bother me

I don't really mind the knee pads or not.

I've never posed Super Saiyan Goku (3), Piccolo, or Super Saiyan Gohan where I had a problem with it and I never thought the kneepad sticks out with Trunks or Krillin. Although, the best thing about the latter couple is I don't have to worry about posing them any specific way with the joints sticking out. I mostly started the topic because of Super Saiyan 4 Goku and I would much rather have a knee pad on him to create this amazing pose...

Yeah the joint is really noticeable without the kneepad there to hide it.. although with the current pose I have my custom SSj4 Goku in, it wouldn't matter :lecture

Exactly, it's been on my mind since the photo was released. Wait, you have a custom Super Saiyan 4 Goku? When is that 15% going to be done! :gah:

Has anybody tried a Fusion pose with the S.H. Figuarts? Hopefully I'll remember to give it a try when I get home tomorrow.
