I'm curious if they're going to transform into Super Saiyan God Super Saiyans. I don't see why they wouldn't if the threat is serious but I'd really like to see the transformation in that attire.

At least Goku did it in the last episode.. and also Jelly vegeta but it's not the same than the original

That would suck, and I don't think people would be too happy with that. I said that because they would make more money that way, which is what they care about, by rereleasing figures with wrong and then accurate colors. This trunks could be the next Arlia Vegeta lol.

Yeah! I want DBS Trunks with his purple hair in anime, manga, merchandise, figures, games. I don't quite understand these decisions and inconsistencies, but they make theese stupid things often; PCE OCE, Manga colors, Anime colors, Repaints or whatever they call it, just for milking

Hell yeah, I'm going to try. This is what I wanted from the original Broly release. Kind of sucks that it's an SDCC Exclusive but I'm going to hopefully get one. Not sure about the tan but I'm hoping the red is brighter. I don't think the gold would change but who knows.

Don't get him if you're satisfied with the original release. This is an alternative and should only be seen as such. Don't let that completist mentality make decisions for you. It drove me crazy and now I don't care if my collection is ever complete. I'm happy to have what I want.

I'll most likely get it. Broly is still the most impressive figure of the entire line with virtually 0 flaws in the design & likeness, so a limited edition is basically a "why not" purchase for me

Honestly, even that shade of green isnt true to the movie

Its too dark a green.

While I still don't think that picture is officially from Bluefin, the newer animation for the character has a darker shade of green.



Edited: I wonder if they're going to take away the gold paint and use a yellow similar to those photos. Also, does anybody think another face will be made or was that a one time thing with last year's exclusive?

I can't either since it wouldn't be used for anything other than this release. I believe the 2015 SDCC Frieza Saga Goku additional face was the same or slightly retooled face that came with Super Warrior Awakening Goku.

They could make the smirking grin face that he has on in all 3 of those pictures.

Unless his price is absolutely ridiculous like Gringoku, I'll get the SDCC Broly. I have all but the Mexico exclusive Goku for 2 reasons. It's the same exact figure as last year's SDCC Goku and the price is retarted.

The new outfits were kind of growing on me....I like it when series progress and characters update their outfits. Vegeta's was a great upgrade and the only thing I didn't like about Goku's was the Capsule Corp-style boots that were not his style. Did they ever explain the new outfits in DBS? I don't recall them doing it in Resurrection'F.

But I suppose it's back to the original! I almost feel like this is a marketing/merchandising move.

Vegeta already switched back though... The ne attire with whis sig is their god atire I guess. I do think trunks should be taller, because the future he's from is eplicitely post-cell, thats not same as goten and trunks. They've simply stayed the same, like gohan stayed small up until the buu era. But future trunks has been seen, in dbz, grown up, and this one is from that period or later it seems. So they have to explain it. Theyve adressed pretty much every entirely contradicting thing so far if it was a true direct change. Like bulmas saggy breasts.

Whatever, I find this broly **** hella funny, I sympathize with those who're in any way disappointed, but I'm glad as **** I can ignore the sdcc ex hassle once again. And this choice is funny to me. Oh and also no majin vegeta sdcc ex thankfully.

That links it to the end of DBZ/GT though, and even though Uub exists in Super, they all know about him already, so theres not a chance that endings canon anymore.
