If you are subscribed to a cable provider you can watch the dubbed episodes on adultswim.com... That's probably the only legit place to watch them at the moment.

I don't usually trust un-official streaming sites, but if you want to try your luck there is this site: https://ww2.dragonballsuperdub.com/
the videos do work, just be careful about what you click on otherwise. I'm sure that site has malware.

I stopped collecting Figuarts Zero because the sculpts were always quirky and "off" to me, plus it seemed like the better sculptors did work for Banpresto's SCultures line. These two don't look as great as I had hoped.
