Not only are the balls molded into the shaft:)naughty), they lack any sort of detail. why are they solid metallic gold? they should be a translucent yellowish-orange. kinda disappointing tbh

I'm not usually a fan of statues, but holy guacamole

Only if the Shenron base could light up like that

Thanks for posting. He looks great next to Vegeta. Only thing that's throwing me is that the skin on Nappa's arms and legs looks shiny rather then having the matte finish, maybe it's the lighting.

The moment of true factual truth, after all these years, all the figuarts must now realize they're no longer special in the universe, because now there's Nappa, there he is, must there be a Nappa figuarts?

THERE IS.

For me seeing it is kinda bittersweet.. cuz a part of me still wants that original glorious prototype and now I know it will probably never be released

I think only @blood can relate at this point
Forever sealed away at Tamashii HQ

They receive production prototypes for their Out of Da Box reviews. The finished product will more than likely not have that gloss. Also, as great as it is to have their reviews, their camera settings take away a lot of detail from the actual figure.

I hope they do bardock next. And raditz too.

They'll happen but I don't think anytime soon.

Wish they made Nappa a little bigger to measure up with Vegeta and the other figures but I guess it's alright. Will wait to see in-hand.

I'm just happy Nappa is no where near Broly's size.

Just watched Anthony's review. He's a great reviewer and very objective, never afraid to call it like it is. He's also a DBZ fan so it's disappointing to see that Scouter Vegeta is really limited in the posing department but the armor really hinders all that. I'm also glad that this isn't my "definitive" Vegeta, so I can give a pass to most of the figure's flaws.

I'm the only one who bought this new Vegeta just ofr the black hair? I've never cared about scouter Vegeta, I just one a good and proper Vegeta in normal form tbh

If anyone is looking for SSGS Goku, Awakening Goku, Ultimate Gohan(s), or Piccolo - I have some I'm trying to get rid of!

Im debating over Vegeta 2.0. I own the original so I have no reason to buy another. So I dunno if I should buy it or not.

Anthony pretty much hit the nail on the head with that review. "Don't shade the figure, except for on his wiener" LOL. He's right, cuz SS3 Goku 2.0 is gonna have this same odd shading decision as well.

Scouter 2.0 seems like a lesson that simply adding the new articulation to a design isnt always the best way to go. Scouter 2.0 is a mish-mash of super Vegeta, Trunks and scouter 1.0 parts, and unfortunately, it shows pretty badly. Tamashii really needs to start balancing the articulation with paint detail and actual design thought again, this "all in 2.0" mentality isnt working, they are sacrificing part of what made these figures so great to use this new articulation.

I would review it, but for the first time ever nippon yasan is having trouble with shipments! Still hasnt been shipped since release, and has sat in prep for the past week... -_-

Yuck, Nippon Yasan! Last time I pre-ordered from that place, nobody could tell me why my item wasn't being shipped out yet. Three weeks later after release date and after numerous attempts to get an answer from customer service (online chat/email), I finally received an email asking for EXTRA SHIPPING FEES. First time a shop ever asked me for such a thing especially when I've already paid for it completely right at the beginning. I paid it anyway to get over the annoyance. Two weeks later I finally got a shipping notice (the hell?!) and on the second month that the item was released, I finally received it. Never again am I gonna get anything from Nippon Yasan I told myself.

Well, I personally have never had an issue with them until now, they have always shipped out immediately upon them receiving their shipments. This is the first time ive had issues, and ive bought every figure since final form Frieza (among other lines) from them.
