Admittedly I dont go on any DBZ boards, except this one, so my opinion might not be the prevailing one but I feel the androids are major characters. They have a saga named after them! It was one of the high points of DBZ. I cant think of any new characters I'm more eager for at this point.

Agreed; I consider the androids, especially 18, major characters.

No Android 17 and 18 mean no Future Trunks traveling back in time to warn Goku. No 17 and 18 also mean no perfect cell. Also, no 18 means no wife or daughter for Krillin.

The andoid saga was a big one for me and occurred smack dab in the middle of the height of my dbz watching and fandom, so I am very happy to see them. They are also perhaps the most complex villains ever on the show outside of Vegeta

Not at all bummed to hear that, the Android era's my favourite period in DBZ! I just do also hear a bunch of fans not caring about 'm, and 18's role after the Android era is quite small. So, for me I agree they're major characters, but it's easy for fans of other periods to marginalise that statement...

The fact is that Tamashii isn't just pumping out the fan crazed characters randomly to cash in on them. 17 and 18's release shows commitment to completing a period line up, which is terrific. Really is a good move imo, that we just as well might've missed out on. *knocks on wood again*

I would love all of those above but unlike so many others that ***** and moan. I will be grateful for any DBZ or DB character that Tamashii/Bandai release in the SHF line.

These are the best DBZ figures we have ever gotten since DBZ figures have made. The HYBRID's were what we once considered awesome and great figures. SHF broke the mold with there line of figures. They are basically Sideshow quality figures in a smaller scale.
I am not directing this at one here in general at all.

I am just expressing my own opinion. I will be very happy for any DBZ figure we get hopefully they don't discontinue this line and they can move into the DB era and we can get some other really cool figures like General Blue and of course that little pip squeak blue guy I forget his name the one that released the black star dragon ***** and also General Tao old school Rochi(turtle hermit style) etc,etc..

OH, dont get me wrong, I have said in the past that any and all characters made are good for the line as long as it sells (obviously I am biased towards main characters, but i wont deny others of what they want), what I dont like is that the other forum is basically making their limited poll what "everyone" wants, thats not right or fair and i honestly believe Tamashii should ignore it. No offence to the guys and gals over there, but the poll is obviously inflated and in no way shows what everyone wants, just take a look at what our guys are posting as their tops, totally different.

I don't argue that some people's opinions are meh, compared to others. Id personally love to get all the main DBZ good & Bad guys made and I mean everyone. HELL Id buy a Yajorbi he was a cool dude more or less. And then after the successful completion of the DBZ line ups, Id love to see them move onto the Dragon Ball era stuff.
MAYBE even the GT stuff but meh!! I don't really care about GT that much I don't even have it in my collection any more. Since it was just about useless and boring from everything DB related. Although a Sin Shenron complete form and a SSJ4 Gogeta would be pretty wicked.

Honestly, instead of a poll I think we should just all state in a post what our top figures would be, like some have been doing. It just seems fairer to me than having to pick and potentially having the same thing happen here as on proboards.

If anyone would be willing to compile a list of figures based on peoples top 5 or whatever we would get a much fairer list IMO.

For examples sake, mine would be:

1. Adult Gohan (any)
2. Majin Vegeta
3. Kid Buu (or any Buu)
4. Vegito
5. Long Haired Trunks (armor)

I don't want to sound fruity but I so looking forward to getting my White ranger and all the others in time. as well as the Sailor moon set. Kinda wish they would make some of the bad guys as well at least for MMPR Goldar and lord Zedd my top 2 wants for baddies from MMPR

I collect the reds from the Power rangers/sentai lines in general, but I am giving special interest to the MMPR line, will be the first complete team of them I will own, including both green and white.

The problem with the line being that it is majorly a japanese line for sentai, not power rangers, and unfortunately we will probably stop getting special releases once the anniversary is over with. As much as i would like Zedd, he doesnt exist in sentai and was american made, so there is little to no chance of him being released as a figuart, although they did make a special female yellow for us so you never know.

Well that's a big bummer to me.

however if they don't release one so be it I will just make my own. Take the shf ranger mold and do some sculpting then make a mold and cast it myself only hard part is finding the right ball joint to fit into the figure before sealing it up.

I've been on the edge of wanting to make my own toys for along time its a simple enough process but it costs time and money. but if I make a zed "not zedd" I'm sure people will buy them so I can make some of my money back that I poured into it. id honestly prefer a goldar before zedd tough lol.

I don't know if this would be right, but if we all put the figures we want in order, we could probably figure it out by awarding each placement with 1-5 points. That way we can see the order of most wanted on this pole. If we start right now, I would be willing to do it. Would that make sense?

Alright. If it's okay with everyone. Vote in the order that you want them, so I can be accurate as possible. For those of you that already listed figures, maybe you want to change your order. I've been changing my mind lately, and been thinking what I will spend my money on and what's really important. As much as I would love everyone, besides my funds, I have limited space, and I know I would be happier with a more focused collection. I never even thought Post-Time Chamber Trunks would be in my top 5, and he might move even further up my list, now that I will most likely putting my Trunks I already have with the androids, I need at least all of the Saiyans, Piccolo, and Cell for the Cell Games display. Maybe it will change!
