At first I looked at Vegeta's 'stache as homage to his pops, until Bulla/Bra told him to shave it off. lol.

But, wow, that Mecha Frieza is looking incredible. Have you considered doing Cooler at some point (he'd obviously have to be a bit taller, but I think it can work)?

my new custom :d and as you can see frieza is in pieces. Leaning towards a custom mecha frieza then 100% final form (buff) frieza. I wasn't really a fan of steroid frieza so im most likely going to do mecha.

why did none of you message me about this?!

Many things from Battle of Gods make GT non canon, at least in my eyes, not least of all the ssj god form; I know it didnt exist back when GT was created, but it makes it impossible for GT to exist alongside it, as they would have used it to fight. If im not mistaken, is there not a scene where Pilaf and co get turned young in BoG, directly contradicting GTs older versions.

Theres also the issue of Bills; where did he go in GT? It just doesnt fit in my eyes.

I know it isn't very likely, but if oozaru Vegeta was ever released how big do you think it would be to keep the scale with the line? I am not holding out on him as I doubt it would happen, but about how big?

It would most likely be made for the monsterarts line, where most figures are still 6inch scale to fit with each other rather than other series. The 6inch scale seems to be the same with all of tamashiis lines, the now dead d-arts line and super robot chogokin lines are both that scale too, though the monsterarts line has been known to make special giant figures like king ghidora, so it may be possible.

I would honestly to love see the Oozarus, Goku and Gohan as one, and Vegeta. I think it would be maybe 12 inches, or over that. Monsterarts could work though, but I would love to see this. The only problem is the accessories.

Well most Oozaru scenes had either rock throwing or mouth beams, so a beam that fits in the mouth like Godzilla figures have, and a pair of hands holding a rock above its head would do for me, Vegetas would have some more intricate hands and maybe a seperate head with one eye closed.

Like this, this is a king kong monsterarts with a beam effect; he also came with these accessories:

Can you imagine a tiny Goku in place of that woman in Kongs hands? :lol

May I remind you guys that they managed to create a full-scale, articulated SHENRON

that thing is just incredible :thud:

A Great Ape/Oozaru Monsterarts is definitely possible. Lets just hope they decide to release Shenron first (yeah it'll be expensive, but it'll be for the hardcore collectors obviously), I wouldn't be surprised at all to see a Great Ape Monsterarts in the near future

Like I said, they have created special large monsterarts before, but they arent cheap, like anywhere near cheap :lol

I wouldnt mind a 6inch scale oozaru, I already have the SRC megazord and he is the same size as my PR figuarts, all you have to do is put them on a plinth in the background and you have a centerpiece!

Oh yeah there was all that! It's out! Thank God! I hope Funimation releases it soon. It would be great to finally get some good extras. Even if the interviews had sub titles, I want to see them. I loved that huge interview on YouTube that had something to do with KAI, and it went through the history of how Funimation got the license. It's awful how the copies they got from Japan had dirt and tears in the film. I'm glad it paid off for them! I love Battle of Gods so much. I'm so glad that it is continuity, because that Vegeta scene alone (for spoiler sake I won't say, but you know).

And I don't know if you knew, but the English version of the new Battle of Z is using Beerus for the English translation of Lord Birusu, like Whis- Whiskey and Beerus-Beer.

Yeah, it's "Beerus." Because they couldn't think of a more awkward-sounding name for the God of Destruction :cuckoo:

Cooler is huge (2nd form ) if a broly is released I will definitely buy a couple for larger figures. Im not a fan of his original form but will consider it thanks for the idea!

Its impossible for them to create oozarus and shenron to scale with figuarts. they would be massive and cost at least 500$ for something that massive. Then shenron they showed is very under scaled. That might be the first figuarts I skip :/ I definitely prefer the Bandai ichibankujii!! The oozarus are great also, they got vegeta and gohan/goku.

Here is my shenron I re painted.. with my first few figuarts.

Here is the oozaru ripped from its base. The oozaru is about 13 inches, I don't have the goku/gohan one but its about the same size..

If they were to make one in scale the figuarts would need to be the size of that goku, and as you can see the figuarts vegeta is way taller.
He would need to be over 20 inches.

He is big but not full scale, Shenron (like a lot of people in the anime) has scale inaccuracy

And these 2 are a great example, the huge difference in size next to Capsule Corp is crazy

I think of him being this big though:
ShenronDBZep240.png

which the MonsterArts is still very small compared to any of those, since the Figuarts ZERO Goku and S.H. Figuarts are the same height

And if you mean Oozaru (who is generally the same size every time he appears) in full-scale, no; if you mean large like Shenron's size, yes, but then Shenron would be way to small on top of being less than 1/4 of full-scale

Also using this pic for scale

Oozaru would be over 24 in tall to be full-scale

Well perhaps I got a little ahead of myself when I used the term "full-scale," haha. What I meant was an Oozaru Monsterarts in the same scale if not a bit smaller as that Shenron they showed in the display. I have no idea how long it is but it's obviously massive, so if they could put the effort into creating that, then if they really wanted to, an Oozaru Monsterarts shouldn't be an issue. If they went the route of FULL SCALE, it would definitely be For Display Only and never made for retail. I just hope that Shenron is in the works for retail, I'd drop $300 on that easy.

If I had the money I would consider buying like 8-10 of the Shenron and connecting them to make a full scale(ish) one lol

I agree killian I think the oozaru I posted is good enough and realistically I don't see any company doing one in full scale unless someone commission a sculptor to do one in scale.

I still think the banpresto shenron looks better , the figuarts one has a tiny head and skinny body. If they sell the body parts to link you can make him as long as you want but will still be too skinny.
