I'm doing that for almost every one that is going to get a US release. If you wait it out and buy them on sale you can get great deals on Amazon/Barnes and Nobles after a while.

The US versions are bundled with effects or stage pieces so they’re more expensive than the Japanese versions. They have to bundle them because hasbro’s marvel license bars other companies from selling 6-inch figures below $70 so they bundle the effects pieces to bump the price up. If you don’t care for the add ons then getting the Japanese versions is better cost-wise. The US versions are available at BBTS. You can also find them at Amazon, Barnes and Noble and sometimes, TRU.

I only want Mark L & Thanos and with information from here and a little luck, I have managed to score both of them.
I refuse to pay $400+ for MK L and another possible $400+ for Thanos. Just like I refused to pay $600+ for the AOU HB. I got a pretty good deal for the SHF HB back then.

Got a ton of these ordered, super excited, Iron man looks good, really wish he had his back flap wings but ill live. And cannot wait for bucky and new hulkbuster, far better options than HTs these days

Thanos is listed at BBTS for $82 with all the other ones that are getting Bluefin distribution, so I'm assuming Thanos is as wel just without any accessories. If that's the case I'll pick him up on Amazon later.

Ah, good catch. I hope it's right!

Not sure if it's already a well-known fact but here is what appears to be the confirmation of the Spider-legs in the movie:

I hope the higher price of their Iron Spider is due to that kind of accessory.
