Sorry....lol I'm guilty of that lmaoI think the line slows down quite dramatically when completists decide not to, and of course when an army builder is present inflates the demand for an accurate indication of how many people could buy the next release. This prolly inflates the next production unit to over supply. Once drop offs happen it's like the comic book #2 & #3 syndrome. How far would you go before you think demand picks back up?
A slower line would let people keep up and stay all in, but I think companies also want to maintain momentum and the more sales, the quicker they can push the next release. Kinda catch 22...
