But it hasn't shown up in the 30 day list on the newsletter and by all accounts, looking like it is delayed to September then?

I don't think the newsletter is that accurate anymore. I have an item shipping next week that never was on the "soon" list. Last e-mail I also noticed they took the 30 days off and just say "soon" so who knows.

With the shipping fiasco that was the 89 Batmobile, I hope we don't end up with the same problem of huge shipping price due to oversize box.

I know it won't be cheap, but I was quoted over $110 for the batmobile and depending on how they break up this figure for assembly it may be even more. Hopefully they have him in a few pieces so it won't kill us. I would hate to have a double payment for my last flex pay.

The one guy I know who got a DROM was charged only $50 to NJ, so it I was hoping when I got my DROM it would be that or cheaper. I think Sauron will have the same problem as the batmobile and it will be quoted on size and not weight, as the dimentions are almost the same as the batmobile, it will just depend on how it is broken up. It may even be worse.

All it takes is 1 inch too big when you are talking dimensional weight, it would go to 100lb rate or something crazy like the batmobile got. I ship a lot so I am always mindful of those parameters.

True, it is going to be what it is going to be. I can't cancel and reorder somewhere else like with the Batmobile so I am at their mercy(or lack therof)
