LOL mine? I am not a fan of how he was a backstabbing little servant of the Dark God, who made it to the top because everyone stronger than him died or was banished by the beastly good guys and not a badass like ummm say, the Witch King, the Balrogs, Ungoliant, Feanor, and that's just the bad guys.

On top of that, he was originally defeated in the corniest way too, why the hell was he holding his finger with the ring out? Was he pointing at the sunset before he slayed Isildur? Did Isildur have spinach in his teeth that he wanted to point out? Anyways, trololol aside, he's wack man.

Sauron was not a God, actually a lesser Maia. Melkor was the greater order Vala. Surprised the you know Feanor, very nice. Without Sauron, Witch king was just aman. Sauron was the power. He had been given some of Melkor's. Why dirty your own hands when you can use your troops.

Sauron's fall in the second age was different from the books to the movie. In the book, Gil-Galad and Elendil engaged Sauron and Sauron disposed of them, but fell also. Isildur then took Narsil, broken at this time, and cut the finger with the one ring off.

In the movie, there is a deleted ( there is a picture of it) scene where Sauron picks up Gil-Galad and Gil Galad burst into flames. Elendil charges Sauron and he smashes Elendil. Isildur, known to Sauron as the one who took the fruit of the white tree in Numenor, reached down to grab isildur. Presumably to do the same as he had Gil-Galad. That is when Isildur made a blind swing and cut the finger off.

Sauron was kicking tail until then.

For those who have read Sauron was never the strongest or most powerful. He is a relic of an older age. A time where there were more powerful villians as well as more powerful heroes. These characters were descendents of original creation. Sauron should have ended like the others from his age but he didn't. He is the great deceiver, a trickster, he was the weasel who ran and hid but that's also why he is in the story. He is a survivor. He is constantly trying to live and find ways to survive. His intentions r evil but his desire and greed to outlast is even greater. That's why is an evil spirit, an eye in the sky, a warrior in flesh, power spread in rings. I think he evil is so great mortals can't even comprehend it like when looking into the seeing stones. Sauron is a demon prince unleashed on mortals.

That's the effect it has when anyone other then Sauron puts it on and as illustrated in the films he can see you basically almost anywhere. Sauron imbued the majority of his power in his ring which is why he wants it so very much.
It's the oldest & most powerfully evil object in middle earth.
Even as a shadow of his former self he still managed to get Modor and his armies rebuilt.

Sauron was very powerful. Even before Manwe sent Gandalf and the Istari to ME, Gandalf told Manwe that he was scare of Sauron. Sauron was the greatest of the Maia. A Maia under Aule. No one in ME during the second or third age was more powerful. Even without the ring, he was still more powerful than Saruman.

No child of Eru is more powerful than a Maia, much less a Vala. Fingolfin, a great elf warrior from the first age who had seen the two trees, was no match for a weaked Morogth.

Sauron, would have been second only to Melkor in power. Gothmog, lord of the Balrogs, the great wolf(can not spell him name) and great worms.

Now, power does not equal victory. I can not think of a single battle, other than him defeating Gil-Galad and Elendil, that he won. Oh, he defeated Finrod in spells. Huan, the great hound and Luthian, defeated him in the first age, and he knew the numenorians were greater in the second.

If we talk children, I would guess this order...

Luthian defeated Sauron in spells and even put Morogoth to sleep

Thanks mate was great when we first met and i showed her my pred maquette next thing i know neytiri was orderd now shes gone mad for them between us we got 8 on the way with more in the pipeline ie pred 2 maquette. Getting some besta cabinets to put them all in
