Also more time to save money. This guy won't be cheap! With a lot of big price items coming out in Q1(Galactus and possibly Hulk) I really hope Sauron will have a late summer or early fall release date next year.

I don't see this shipping anytime at least until end-2013 or early-2014. An earlier pre order date simply means sideshow collecting the NRD earlier.

Well...it is too hard for me right now to decide if I would want this in my collection. I actually like the Orange highlights it is just the somewhat awkward pose of his left leg. In person he probably looks much better but going by the pics they could have chose a better pose for him IMO to make him look more menacing and his arms appear too skinny. The head also appears too big for his body. I do love "the Lord of the Rings" novels and movies but I do not consider myself a mega fan so I think the huge price amount this piece will be can go towards other sculpts I am looking to get.
I may change my mind I usually do, lol, but so far I am not digging this piece...I am sure many will sell and make others happy and that is all that really matters in the end.
