Love the white laces. I really should get two small rubber bands and blouse his pants just above his boots as seen in the movie.

Conquest is a very cool movie, it's a pity that SS didn't see al of the potential.

I started setting up all my gear to take some more ape shots but then I got stumped. Outside of the figures, it's the props that really add to and make the picture.

To me this is one of coolest photos. It's such a simple photograph with no clutter. Too bad I didn't have a better camera.

Clutter is no good but a nice Mise-en-scène is everything. Add a detonator podium, some stairs, smoke, and several gorillas using their ropes, this picture would rock!

Don't forget the pipe organ pipes just behind the bomb. I bought the tubing long ago for those pipes, but it still it all sits... uncut.

Time to style hair...(or to practice styling Zira hair!). Cracked open my hot curler and gave the wig a haircut. This is the latex mask I got from Matt. It's great to "see" how she is coming along. Without the mask, the wig kept falling off and I didn't have toupee tape (grrrr)....

She did a great job. Verdon almost looks spot on. These would make for a nice new stop motion piece.
