How do you do your molds Jess ? Do you pour round the head and not on it and use a slower cureing selicone that helps with air bubbles. Sorry dont know how many molds you have done before.

I wish so much Hot Toys would crank out some more Planet of the Apes figures.
On another 1:1 note:
My world was struck in the gut again today. I just found out a little while ago that my aunt was found dead in her apartment. God, I hope these things don't really happen in three's.
Guys I need money to buy more mold making stuff. I only have enough mold material to make Julius for now. I know there was some interest in casts of his headsculpt. All headcasts from now on will be $30 (unpainted) and shipped w/in US. Everywhere else it will be $35. This will cover the stupid paypal fees and also shipping/tracking. If anybody's interested, you can send much needed funds here...just remove the spaces and change the symbols:

I can mail him out as early as tomorrow.
That is some great sculpting.
I always wanted to try a head swap on the Apexplorers Space Adam because the stylized head is not my personal preference.
Now I need to purchase a new gorilla head for the soldier body.

Sticks--I forgot to answer your question earlier. I have not baked/heated the Hot Toys gorilla with a set of smaller teeth. Now that I have Apoxie, I will go that route, so I won't have to bake it to cure the sculpey. I think my Apoxie was too old and the oils had separated. But I have a fresh little tub now.
