Sixx, I love seeing the apes all haired up. It just looks a bit stiff/long under the chin area to me. Maybe its the angle? Regardless, its still quite a prize!

Here are some additional close up photos that I just took of Galen for all to see.

By the way, no one will have to drill the neck post hole in the bottom of the head. I'm going to take care of that on my end so that no drilling will be necessary for anyone. I'm assuming everyone will be mounting this chimp head on a neck-post of a Sideshow Cornelius. If you prefer to drill the hole yourself just let me know and I'll get this to you undrilled and you can handle it yourself.

No offense meant sixx. I know you like it a little longer, it just looked stiff to me, like Hasbro's old style. Its hard to tell in the photo how soft or hard the hair used is.

I have been busy especially the last two days prepping my uniform for the Star Trek Convention. It was so much fun. The uniform could have been better fitting if I had a dress form. I think I'm going to invest in one so I can re-do this uniform. The downside of this outfit is that I will now have to draw in my eyebrows for a few weeks until they grow back in.

Sixx-I thought I had the faux leather for your Caesar outfit but I do not. My plan was to spray the thin faux leather I had with plastidip (it's faux patent leather), but my Romulan boots suffered battle damage last night and I don't think it's a perfect solution. Can you snoop around out there and see if you can find ultra light weight black matte faux leather?

no offense taken at all. The hair is actually really soft and can be styled. It worked out well for my taste. I have one more Caesar that I am going to do, so I'm going to change things on the next one.

Right now, the attention is going on General Ursus. I'm excited, as this was my first figure that I got, since I got back in the game. A big thank you to IM!

Guys I just purchased my tix for Wondercon. I'll be there representing our beloved apes. I bought a ticket for Ash as well, since he's a good sport and will wear the gorilla mask I made for him last year. It's super cool because Dylan has to be dropped off for school at 6AM that Saturday, which will force me to be up early so I can take my time and do a great job with makeup.

Jeff from San Diego is going to be bringing along some apes with him...and my favorite Klingon, Mitchell, is going to meet me there in his gorilla costume. It's going to be freaking fun!!! Finally...I will be able to see other apes and it will not be my own reflection in the mirror. Dang epicanthic folds!
