I think what Dan was trying to say is Sideshow simply searched for an image of mesh like this....

blew it up on an photo editing software ( thus making the image blurry too ) and then printed it off.

It feels like a thick matte paper... it's not glossy at all, it very flat. In my video review you can hear the sound it makes when I rub my finger on it... almost sounds like sand paper. It basically feels like thin cardboard... like that poster sized paper you buy at the dollar store.

It's nowhere near as nice as that though... it's silver with splotchy black lines. You can see it really well in that closeups pic I posted. That's what adds insult to injury lol! Not only is it paper, but the mesh pattern they chose blows too

Yeah I hope so as well... HCG can suck it after the ^^^^ they pulled. Would be nice if SS released a P1 and P2 that were not overpriced.

Excellent review, and it's making me have second thoughts on this piece

Using paper instead of mesh is bad enough, but the print quality of the mesh on the paper itself is appalling! Any collectible at this level must stand up to close scrutiny, and not just look good from a distance.
