Eliza hands down because I'm a big fan of hers and she can definitely handle the role. She's got the talent to say the very least.

I was listening to her interview last Thursday and was pleasantly surprised when she made that comment. I'm all for it!

Exactly. I thought it was pretty funny when she made those comments about Downey. ("Funny" as in I like Eliza even more! ) In terms of the Black Widow buzz, I couldn't believe me ears, but I'm glad she made the announcement and a great way to let her feelings be known.

I don't feel either one is right for Natasha.

My personal choice would be an actress a little older and a little more slavic.

Izabella Scorupco has long been a personal favorite for the role.

I vote for Eliza.....a year or so ago I may have picked Scarlett....her acting as of late is reminding more and more of a bowl of cold oatmeal....very blah and not too exciting. She's a looker...but she also puts me to sleep.

i agree, as far as acting...eliza and just pure looks....scarlett, but eliza was great in buffy back in the day and she still looks damn hot

I don't think Scarlett is a bad actor by any means, but Eliza would take that role and make it her own with ease. And like Bullseye points out, she's got that "sass factor" about her. That's what that roll needs and Eliza will deliver.
