This is only my fourth SSC statue. I have the Dewback, Alien Big Chap Maquette, Obi-Wan Mythos, and now Shaak Ti. Not a huge collection, but all great pieces!!!

Just received mine today and the saber wouldn't light up either. Had to play with the connection on arm a bit, then after a few minutes it finally worked. It is a beautiful piece. I ended up getting #29.

I wouldn't be opposed to that. If it were me, I'd go with solution. Can't be too difficult to glue it on.

Take the cover they're sending you.
In my opinion, that piece adds very little to the overall presentation anyway.

Anyone else file a replacement request and hear nothing? Its only been a few days but it does make me worry.

Unfortunately it seems recently that replacement requests have been getting slower responses from Sideshow CS than they have in the past.

But they have been getting responses.
