im behind a bit...trying to pick up a few clones that i hadnt had...with some wheeling and dealing, i finally got my SDCC clone commander....

not to derail but i'm trying to get rid of my Medi version of this commander, $60+shipping if anyone's interested!

I have a Ganch and was thinking a Wolf would go nicely... I don't do PT but thought these would display nice together... thoughts?

Both have very elaborate armor makings and the best head sculpts IMO, so if you only wanted 2 or so clones that's not a bad way to go. In the end it's what you like. I will have both for sure.

Thanks. I think I will go that route as I may even display without their buckets on ! Not looking to have a ton, but with the one in my possession, makes sense to get the one that would match him the best and make it look good displayed.

So, I'm looking to use a TTM-22 for the body of my Trooper. Will the Captain Rex head work on that body? Was planning on using him.

Was just about to ask if you could use the Slim for troopers?

trust me..just stick with the SSC slim trooper bodies...the armor is made specifically for those bodies and not much else..usually a lot of work is involved with trying to use other bodies..trust me, ive tried it all and just broke down and bought the clone bodies...granted..some of the armor will fit on other bodies...and some of it will have to be modified to fit...and even more so once you try to put it over the suit as well...

how pricey are the TT's? just out of curiosity...
cuz really the SSC slim bodies are only about 15 bucks when TA has them in stock...so if you are paying more, it seems like a waste, becasue really, you cant pose them any more since the armor obstructs a lot of movement..you know? im not saying, dont do it or it's a bad idea...just my opinion...ive thought about stuff like that as well..

Thanks for the info Spider I'll look into it. The TT is $49 at BBTS, so if I can save some money and it'll look just as good I might as well.

holy...50 bucks? yea...go for the ssc clone bodies...you can even get them cheaper then that on ebay(25 ish)....the newer ones really are a bit better(from what ive heard), then when the fist clones came out a few years back..

only problem with the clone bodies is the feet, you need peg feet to go inside boots if you plan on using boots
