Did you customize that DC Justice Batman? Belt looks different, ears too but that could be because he is looking downward.

That is not the DC Direct Justice Batman. It is the DC Direct Modern Batman (the best DC 13" figure in my opinion). A great figure.

Relax they are bring them back. Emeryville Ikea in the Bay Area got 20 of them last Saturday. I got one and they had sold about 5 before me from what I could tell. I didnt count them.....
