...Continued from previous post

The last two books I had bound spotlighted two villains. Both are featured, to one degree or another, in plenty of reprinted crossovers, but neither have many graphic novels devoted to them as the main villain - and both have plenty of smaller stories that were never reprinted in paperback form. So I collected a bunch of these stories together in two bound volumes.

I want this. :goodpost:

That Scarecrow is still breathtaking. And that blue costume really starts to grow on me. You have really done a very nice job there. I still cannot point to what it is with most of the blue costume customs what bugs me about them, but yours is really one of my favorites. Looking forward to the blue pants. :rock

Finally got my advanced body in. So I swapped out my Narrow TT that was on my V1 and replaced it with the advanced body. Then I put the Narrow TT on my Cop J.

Still one of my favorite Batman pieces. Joker design based on the flashback sequence in BB Return of the Joker and Justice League Unlimited. Sculpted by Cory Smith, painted up by me.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Beautifully done. The design of the NEW GOTHAM volumes are stunning.

I definitely think the "New Gotham" books turned out the best. I didn't design or send my books in all at once, so each set of books benefited from learning from the mistakes of the ones before. The "New Gotham" ones were the latest set, so they came out really well.

I feel the same way about grouping the arcs in one book. Nowadays I'm on Amazon looking for the latest Batman releases which groups arcs together.

Yeah, DC has started to get pretty good about collecting modern-day runs in HC and TPB form, and I've been keeping up with those.

But they still refuse to go back and re-collect most of the runs from the last few decades, which is a real pity - both for those of us who remember those issues and for those would like to be able to discover those stories for the first time. I understand Marvel does a much better job about collecting their runs - both new and old - but, alas, I'm just a Batman fan.
