Love this picture. :hi5: What kind of dog is it? Kind of hard to tell. Chihuahua mix? Long haired Chihuahua? It has to have some sort of Chihuahua in it right? :lol

Thanks! :hi5: That's Tigger on the left and Truman on the right. You guessed it Long haired Chihuahua.

Nice to see someone else from Missouri around here. :hi5:

Today my family was reduced by 1...
DSCN1201.jpg

Bailey was 2 months shy of her 12th birthday. She was diagnosed with incipient congestive heart failure and pulmonary hypertension at Thanksgiving. Lasics and Viagra(For dogs!)gave us 2 1/2 months of her at her most"her";smart,bossy,self-aware,manipulative; also one of the best, most lovable dogs it has been my privilege to know.Yesterday she started to slide;by this morning she was coughing pink foam.We decided that she deserved a peaceful, painless and dignified end. She ruled our lives for the last 6 years, and while we are poorer for her loss, we are still enriched by her memory...PS

A better picture of my girl...
PICT0013-1.jpg

This one was taken before she got sick, and more clearly shows her at her best. She was small only in size...vivacious,terrifyingly smart and self aware. She was the bane of all stuffies, and seemed convinced that it was her mission to destroy the squeakers in every toy she could get her mouth on(she was death to all toys, but squeakies were her favorite targets). She was deeply loved and will be deeply missed. I'll stop now...PS

Chihuahuas are the best. I don't care what anyone says about them :hi5:

So sorry for your Loss Wax. I am a big Boston Terrier lover and am saving to buy one. You did the right thing even though its hard. Treasure those great memories. She was a beautiful little doggie and I've gone back and looks at pictures of her and Becky several times. RIP Bailey.

I agree. Wasn't sold on them before but the two we have are fantastic. They're two of the lovingest puppies we've ever had. The lady that breeds them does a great job of having quality puppies, and they're uber friendly.

I'm sorry to hear of Bailey's passing, Wax. I never knew how much a four legged family member could enrich one's life, until I got Coco. We are lucky to have these blessed creatures in our lives and may your memories of Bailey help carry you through this sad time. :duff
