I'd forgotten about that lil' hutt!.

The more I look at this new set, the more I like the hutt. I just cannot swing the over $800 that it would take to get it. I'll stick with the original one. I still dig it...it looks fine on display. Just added HT's ROTJ Fett to the display- looks good.

Here's the value I see:

Jabba = $250
Throne = $250
Crumb = $100

That's a generous $650


I would have done it for that price. $800 is pushing it. Add shipping and tax for me on that if I order direct.

New Jabba looks taller and sits straighter but it's deceiving because there's also a lift under the new throne.

After watching the video...i cant unsee that size difference of Jabba himself. Not just he tail lenght....they are right the V1 is about 10% undersized. I took the plunge today....

Read the fine print at Timewalker again. YES they are cheaper than Sideshow, and yes they have a payment plan; BUT: this is still going to have shipping costs ($40-70 estimate depending where you live), and it’s going to drop ship direct from distributor (ie, Sideshow) to cut down on time and cost.

So I jumped on the old Jabba now that they go for close to the original price. I can’t justify spending that kind of money on the new one, but if I could I would. ...I’m pretty happy with the old one, but the new will be an significant upgrade.
But well, I’m going for a more minimalistic setup on top of my cabinet (no room inside so, well) but the simplicity fits my display really well. So I’m happy...

u got both years ago for when they could be had at a fair price. my old jabba will do I cant seeing my self dumping $800+ for the new one I`m not a rich man.

I had the old one and foolishly sold it. I ordered the new but had to cancel it as the cost shipped to the uk is just too much

The paint job of the old one looks terrible... not so much the body - I’m ok with that - but the face is lazy... I’m planning to repaint Just the face. Can anyone that have a nicely repainted version please show me a close up of his face for inspiration?
