there is no temptation. the price is to far out of reach for me. it would be cool if they released him with out throne as well I might been able to swing it maybe.

Out of the house for a bit. The eye gaps are not very noticeable in person, especially from the front. They are a little fiddly too, so you can get them to sit pretty well.

I'll snap a pic of the eyes when I get back home in an hour or so.

The paint is pretty obvious - but man, the detail in the sculpt is also phenomenally different.

Holy moly those pictures look fantastic, icruise.

Looks like the footprint of the original and the new 'thrones' are about the same, though the new Jabba looks larger. The hookah and railing come out further too on the dias.

I think the new statue is a tremendous upgrade. What do you think, having both in hand?
