Sideshow 1/6 Jango Fett

With all the gun smoke, blaster flare, and jet flame attachments, I am literally having a Hasbro AOTC figure flashback. It almost… cheapens it a little.(?) Is this technique without precedent for SS 1/6 SW figures? Just took me by surprise.

Oh, and the subtle price creep..

I always feel uneasy when I see pvc leather on a figure ~ tendency of cracking....

I wish they had a nice close up of the sculpt, kinda like the ones that HT does. I really dig it, a lot actually. I wish the headset was removable.

I agree. It's a great looking sculpt with lots of character and detail. But those damn muffs........

Sculpt looks intense.

Yup. Really looking forward to seeing these new sculpts in hand. Sideshow has been doing a fine job lately in that department. Luke, Han and now Jango. I know most people will jump on the fact that SSCs proto to production paint/sculpts usually take a big hit and we shouldn't get excited, but if the Vader reveal head is anything to go by we'll be in good shape. I wouldn't say the paint is up to HT/EB standards but its not far away. Very , very good paint imo.

looks pretty good. Its a pass for me though strictly on price, plus I've never been a fan of his character. Congrats to those who have been waiting for this one.

219 bucks seems very steep. I'm pretty happy with my medi might try and grab a bit ir two for an upgrade but if the heads the exclusive I guess I won't be getting one of them.

I believe the head is the Ex. I only see the Ex logo in pics with the sculpt.

Im not a super fan of the gun sperm and blaster effects either....but you have to give props to sideshow for trying something new like thier eye system. I would rather not have them and knock $15.00 off the price. The head sculpt looks amazing, even with the headset. Looks really good but the time I get priced out of the hobby is slowly creeping nearer.....

This might be the only PT figure I buy, just to go along with the evolution of Boba.

I despise the PT, although this figure looks good, I think Dooku would be the only figure I would buy from it.
