Not a Jango fan but really impressed with this release. Shame I don't care for the character more, as I really like the figure and extras (even the gun smoke -- strikes me as kind of a nod to the Clint Eastwood Westerns that inspired Boba Fett to begin with). Headsculpt looks fantastic and the ear muffs and headset make sense to me, in context.

This has definitely increased my anticipation for Sunday's R2 pre-order. Hoping there is a nice exclusive with that, so I have an excuse to order directly from Sideshow, as opposed to waiting for a local distributor.

Looks excellent. Ordered. Will look great displayed with SS regular and proto Boba. Price may be a little high but I don't care too much. Honestly I'll probably end up canceling and reordering once I have a coupon or points accumulated to knock some bucks off. He's over a year away after all.

There is something wrong with making the head sculpt a exclusive. I think that this is a important part of the character and figure. I think if Jango had two head sculpts then the pilot gear could have been an exclusive (reg being without). Exclusives should be about giving something extra. NOT taking something away.

Really impressed by the cloak and the smoke/blast effects. It's about time the non-saber characters got some cool translucent effects!

Yikes! 220! I guess this is more along the lines of a deluxe release with all the extras, but like Vader you can only use so much of it. Still, looks just as good as most HT releases, and those are all 220 now.

Yeah, Sideshow is really getting up there now even just with general non deluxe releases. Still, as long as we see where the money is going it will be worth it...or rather take a bit of the sting away.

Seriously though, ridiculous price aside, that's a good looking figure.

Overall I think the figure looks pretty good. Sculpting the earmuffs on was an interesting choice, maybe not the best one. I don't mind the jet-pack effects, I think the blaster effects cheapen the look of the figure. And $219 - I don't see that, but I'm sure he will sell.

Love the blaster and jet pack effects, they add a lot of interesting display options!
It'd be nice if they add these type of effects to the Joe line.

The figure looks amazing, if they can get the paint to the same level of Hot Toys paint aps, then the price point would be more acceptable. Sideshow has been making a lot of progress with their paint applications so they're getting closer to HT's level.

Accessories galore, I think the price is reasonable. I'm not a Jango fan though so not picking this up but I do see the value there. This is the first I've seen of FX attachments, looks interesting.

I actually quite like the FX attachments, I think if used spareingly they can be quite effective and can give a piece more of a sence of 'movement' if you know what I mean.

It's definitely the same wonky helmet sculpt though.

That's the thing that pisses me off too. They flubbed Boba enormously, then released the white one with the same wonky helmet - now Jango.

There's more things I like than don't about this one - but the helmet is disappointing to be honest.
