I'm not getting this but I'm rooting for Sideshow on this one. I hope it comes out just like that. That sculpt is as good as any high end painted sculpt today.

Lots of nitpicking I could do go the price, but he looks great overall and getting a sculpt with his flight gear on it will make this a really unique pickup on what's available for Jango so far.

Now that I'm over the initial "WOW!" factor, I'm having second thoughts. The price is insane. It just keeps going up and up with each release. I do think Sideshow has stepped up their game and am very impressed with this, just not the price.

There's just some things that are plain wrong though...don't get it. Simple things, like:
Helmet. Jango does not have the sensor on his helmet cheek...it should not be there. Just Boba had that.
The Vest and upper armor look nice...just don't know if that tailoring will translate the the production pice.
Same with the belt and holster rig....looks nice, but any leather work done on the proto looks higher quality than any production piece I've seen.
Knee, Shin and Boots look really nice.
...and I could go on too, but I'll stop there.

Agreed. There's so many options with how many clones they made, and while some wouldn't look screen accurate it would still look cool.

Yeah, a lot of stuff jumped out at me, but I didn't catch the sensor, how the he'll did I miss that, how in the he'll did Sideshow miss that?
I would guess that it will not ship like that.

Pre-ordered.....a little Daniel Logan/Boba would've been a cool SS exclusive figure for a 2-pack. Wouldn't take up a lot of space and kind of like the Clone Wars Boil and Waxer with Numa....except only Pops and Son. Why not?

I've been saying since young cadets appeared on the cartoon that they could've included a Echo & Fives with young Boba 3-pack. Maybe they still can but with the ARC Trooper versions if them.

People want to compare to HT, we'll it looks HT quality with the price to match.

'66 Bats has a junk costume with one thread holding the cape clasp on, not all their figures are the benchmark.

Cum-shots for his pistols and corny Hasbro flame effects don't really add up to a value package imo. To each their own i guess.
