If you don't have it in you to join my crusade, I'm prepared to buy an extra set to make up for your lack of steel.

I'm not sure what your crusade is, or what the topic of this thread is anymore... but I'll follow you just for saying "lack of steel" :lecture

Because a $10 or $20 loss is better than a $100 loss. Ask Atari about it.

:lol :lol True Dat :lecture

I think HT way over produced figures around the time of MOS and retailers are still trying to get out from under the product. I saw a MOS Zod for $96 and a Tonto for $82 at my local Hastings.

I was tempted... but just not a big enough fan of the film. Although I did like how the character looked... but if I bought him then I'd need a Superman from the movie and then I'd be getting other modern DC figures. A slippery slope I needed to avoid :lol

So that was $80 for basically a single statue. For $30 more, you get all that plus full articulation (on a newly developed body), light up eyes, and some more hands.

Sounds pretty reasonable to me.

The Medicom did have a bit of articulation... but I think it was just the head and arms? Either way, for the price and time it was way out of line. I got one for $50 and feel like I paid too much :lol

While this is the first time a Sideshow counterpart has cost more than the Medicom; I don't feel bad about it at all. My only serious concern with the final product is whether or not the body will hold poses well, or be a floppy mess. The 2nd Yoda had a great body, but the first one does not stand on his own.

Scruffy little Jawas don't impress much.

I think SDCC just came a little early to this thread...

Love the At-AT driver
WOW...The Punisher...
Deadpool...WOW
Darth Maul ??? Really???
Love R5 D4 ...gonna get me one of those!
Really on the fence about Q5-B9

I think the Jawas need some work on the hood....but I am still in for 2 cases!!! UTINNI !!!!

That's exactly what happened to me! :lol

I picked up Superman and then got pulled in by the Batman Armory, which led to the Joker, Bane and Selina... :slap

By the way, Supes looks amazing... :monkey3

TIE pilot is to big, these pilots were tinny in the movie.
You think that Tatooine enviroment will be produced or is it just for this promo shots?

Jawas.... Yeah..... Easy pass now. Looking at those compared to some other great pieces I still am baffled at the price.

All the droids look incredible, easy buys. For $140-$150 they feel like a great value.

AT-AT Driver - Amazing. Another buy. Im hoping for a $200 price tag with a snowy base (just reuse Lukes honestly), but $220 will seem fair.

TIE Pilot - Never liked the design of the character, it looks nice, but easy pass.

Punisher - Torso on up is incredible. Legs seem to be to fat. Im not even a fan and if the legs improve he will be a buy

Deadpool - looks sick.

Darth Maul - WOW. For being a 2.0 release I expected a lot. My 1.0 Maul looks way better. I think the big Jawa is wider than Maul.

Wolverine is far from ready apparently. Punisher from waist down looks horrible. Will wait for Jawas to discount. Digging the environment in the back.

That is the GiJOE desert stockade from a few years ago with Sandstorm Dog.
