I have the MYC 1/4's and love them to death! Yours look like shrunken versions

I really like the hands, ion blaster and ammo pouches and extras of these figures. would love to get a shot at replacing robes and fixing the light up eyes. They are too big on these Jawa's.

Here are some of my customs. I tried to make them ANH accurate and get the appropriate size. These stand at just the right height against my R2 and C3PO. I'm thinking of making some more, just to try and improve on the various body sized.

I like the parts on the HT Jawas.

Eh... from memory your Jawa blaster will equal or better Sideshow's, and your fabric certainly is way better than the SSC protos (Jawa bathrobes?.) They just aren't particularly accurate with a lot of stuff.

Though SSC's weapons are some of the best things they do. Apart from the see-through holes, their stormie blaster is as good as the new HT one.

Yeah, MYC is the man. He kicked off the thread and intro to the tailor who makes the robes. MYC quality is unmatched and I believe SSC sort of copied him a bit with the way the Jawas hold their weapons and did the hoods.

Thanks. To be honest I think the Hot Toys hands and weapons and accessories just blow away what I tried to make. But I'm not going to quit trying. Still want the perfect Jawa.

I used Halo bodies, two variants. I got them on eBay. I had to dremel them and use a lot of epoxy to change their body shape, along with taping cushioning in some areas.

Chaka, thanks, bro. Really appreciate it. I never managed to finish the blasters with the tubing and ion container in a way that I would promote. I made a couple out of sculpey, but they just weren't good enough to keep on. Cant wait for these Jawa's to be pieced out on eBay.

Oh come on - it's only already $220 plus shipping for two Jawas. What a steal of a deal.


In all honesty, it would have been awesome if Sideshow had done these 5-7 years ago. The weapons and accessories would have been just as good, no pancake make-up paint apps head to worry about - and the whole double fig deal would have been $90.
