My Bandai Tamashii 3PO arrives today from Amazon. I'm really kicking myself for not grabbing him when he was significantly discounted but I really wanted a compatible high quality R2 which did not seem imminent at the time. Bring on the R2 preorder!

Seems like the projector is articulated. Also the frame for the "porthole" for Kenny Baker to look thru is slightly incorrect. Checkout the bottom left corner. This shouldn't be slanted. But I'm still getting this guy.

I had that R2! I remember losing the cards that slid into the compartment on his back within a week. I got it when it came out and held onto it for a long time. I think my mom got rid of it after I left for college, along with most of my childhood toys. Still haven't really forgiven her for it, lol.

That's the RRP they put on it. The actual price is £134.99. (They usually inflate the RRP to make it look like you're getting a better deal).

I edited my post - meant to add that their RRPs are usually inflated, so you could be right about it being less.
