Wow. That's some transformation. Makes the R2 out of the box look cheap. I'm guessing this something like what a Hot Toys R2 will look like. Really nice job.

Wow, awesome job on that!

And looking at the comparison pic below, you can definitely see how the figure is just a tad bit narrower than it should be.
