Sideshow 1/6 ROTLA Indiana Jones Image Thread

I emailed a week or so ago asking for a final price (including shipping) to be sent to me and never got a response. I only realised I was still waiting to hear back when I got the processing email saying I'd need to call for the final price since it was too late to ask for it via email. So far SSC's legendary superb customer service is eluding me! :-( Oh well, it's not a major issue I guess.

They did that for me before. I think it was with the Legolas 1:6 scale figure. They should be able to do it for you too. I hope they can.

Good idea. I should have asked for the quicker 2nd day shipping. Maybe Kathy can change that for me on the phone? I usually go for the cheapest shipping rate. I guess that's why it takes my figures from Sideshow nearly a week to get to me.

1:6 scale is my primary focus of collecting too. I'd love to get some 1:4 scale PF statues someday, like the new Indy one Sideshow is putting out.

That happened to me last year - maybe for ANH Obi-wan? I can't remember exactly what figure it was for. Anyway, I called Sideshow and asked them to hold shipment on the package until after the holiday when I would be home so that I knew I would be there to receive it. Otherwise it would have sat there outside my door all weekend. They just put a hold on the order/charge until the date specified and it worked out perfectly - same as JediMike and Ironfingaz are talking about. I had to wait a few extra days for it, but it was worth the peace of mind.
