And he's mine.....and he's got floppy neck. But I fixed him....kinda.

Anyway, how do you fix the sachel strap? Its waaaay too long. I'm using my Hasbro one for now.

Tell her that taking pictures is how grownups can play with their toys without feeling silly. ;)

taking pictures is even more silly. No matter how you slice it it will always be silly. I know we call ourselves "collectors," but come on we're just big kids buying expensive toys.

Can't wait, Sean! :gun

Not a ton of time to mess with him here at the office, but so far, I'd say I've REALLY lucked out with this one. The stubble on the extra head is a bit thick and unsightly, but I'm not terribly concerned with the hatless head, thankfully, my hatted head stubble, while not fantastic, looks fine, subtle enough. More importantly, I seem to have gotten a very nice Pro. The neck is semi-flimsy but not to a point it doesn't hold position and the arms and legs are really nice.

Looking forward to shooting this guy tonight and really checking him out.

My only significant dissappointment so far is the production method of the head. The faces on both heads seem like they're painted, not cast material, which is really strange. Now I understand comments about it not seeming like the same HT quality as the Hobbits, Gandalf or Clonobi.

Soon, he's in futzing as we speak. Kudos to Trev for the suggestion of adding wait to the satchel, works nice, I used a couple quarters, they're heavy enough but because they're flat they don't alter the shape of the satchel, and in a pinch, Indy's now worth 50 cents more than he used to be :lol

The whip keeper can hold the whip..if you put it the right way. I always put it whip end down, but that wont work, so it must be whip end up.

The shirt is so so. Dont love it, dont hate it. Its good enough.

The bendy whip is utterly useless. He cant even hold it. Oh well. I like the gun look better anyway.

But the coiled whip has a "top" and "bottom" the way it is supposed to hang. You can't just hang it by the end that is suppose to be the bottom. Can you not hang it the way it's supposed to be hung -- meaning the magnets won't touch? I ask because I had this problem.

What about any of the other curiosities of this figure: the whip keeper (can it hold your whip)? The cut shirt?

My whip holder works fine, the shirt cut isn't as obvious as I thought it would be. All around, it's a great figure and I'm having a happy experience with it. My only issues are the stubble paint apps, the fact you can't insert the ex. dart into the torch, and the heads seeming to be cast in the more resin type material instead of fleshtone rubber like the other HT style heads, which I think accounts for the loose neck issues. My neck could be tighter, but if the head were made of softer materials like Clonobi, I think it'd be fine, it's the heavier material, not even the hat, that causes the issue.

It doesnt close when I hang it the "right" way. Its not a HUGE issue...but flipping it makes it much easier to handle.

Just got my second Indy so I could finish this kitbash:

Looks good, got my TOD sword today, pieces are coming together for me to have my TOD accessory set for this figure.

Looks good. I want to make more customs but will most likely just do a map room Indy.

Thanks! I rarely do any kitbashing but I didn't see how SSC could do this version with their bodies.

It's a Hot Toys muscular body. Naked it's too ripped for Ford but with the torn shirt it looks perfect.

He's got the SSC pants, head, boots, satchel, belts and whip. The machete is from a 90's G.I. Joe (3 bucks on ebay). The blood is a black and red sharpie.

The shirt is my favorite. That's the 1982 Kenner doll that had been weathered in my parents attic. When I found it again after 25 years it looked like this:

There was no way I could recreate those stains.

I know these pictures suck but here is my Indy. The neck is very loose but the rest of the joints don't seem too bad.
