Yeah the wrist blades suck! Too big and they're made of cheap plastic. SS really went cheap on this statue. Plus the missing spine trophy? One less thing they have to make and can save money on. Lazy paint apps. They probably told the workers... "Just get it done." If SS doesn't replace my body I'll probably be sending thîs back...

Well their quality seems to be hit or miss idk if they are using different factories or what for each piece. Im really happy with Dutch and my Colossus PF. So hopefully this is an isolated issue

Seeing the pics I'm very happy I didn't place an order. First I never liked the pose, looks like he is dancing or something, and now to see the skinny body, the inaccuracies and the bad paint... No thanks. I have better thing to do with my money.

The only Pred that looks like he's "dancing" is the retarted pose SS put the Scar in. I don't think I can allow this in my collection looking this stupid!

You would have to be above it looking down to see the detail on his face...
Maybe that's a good thing!
Hope you guys have better luck with the rest of this line.
The more people who return or cancel on the Classic to more chance SS will get their act together with these 1:5 Preds.
If people say it's not the best but will keep it SS will churn out more poor quality items.

See to me that's a pretty classic Pred pose....arms wide open screaming at the sky, i admit it would work better on the P2 ( with his extended spear, he would look awesome in this pose ) than Scar but i wouldn't call it a dancing pose at all.

My P1 arrived today

First the bad news, he has a broken mandible on his unmasked head hopefully SS will replace that

Otherwise i think he looks great, i don't have any major paint issues with mine at all. I even think the armour looks better in hand, it is dark but it still catches the light and you get that lighter silver look in places.

The only things i wish they had done are: A folded away plasma caster for display with the unmasked head and I'd like to have seen a shinier more reflective red paint used on the bloody trophy.

But overall very happy!

I love the pose, i think it just works overall. Could there have been better poses? Sure, but this still looks awesome. I know a lot of people have complained about the pose but its been a year since the reveal, you knew what you were getting lol.

Also the size is great, he fits a besta perfectly. I think all of these Preds standing around 18 - 20 inches tall together is gonna make a great display!

I love that they put all the hoses on for the masked head, the plasma caster and on his back.

Despite the broken mandible the unmasked head is a real winner, i was originally just going to display him masked with the bloody trophy but I'm honestly having 2nd thoughts as i think the unmasked head is killer. I'll probably have to rotate them

I wouldn't call it a dancing pose either. I call it a retarted pose! I was quoting Jkno. I'm okay with the idea but I think it looks stupid. I'm not sure what that pose is suppose to be but if they were going for triumphant they failed!

Sorry to hear about the broken mandible on your EX head. SS will replace that without question.

Size comparison with Predators Falconer Maquette. These match up in scale perfectly....but then the question is if the Falconer is a Super Pred shouldn't he be bigger than the 87 Pred?!?!?! lol

i think this predator statue would satisfy most of the casual predator fans like me who dont dissect every scene for inaccuracies ,maybe thats why the high ES, so they can keep selling this over a number of years to new collectors, its great as a stand alone piece and for a casual fan of the film
