Regarding 4-LOM it looks like they did a nice job on his figure but ever since I was a little kid he never did anything for me as a character or toy. If I never bothered to spend $5 on him then it wouldn't make much sense for me to plunk down over 200 now.

Kind of wondering this too. Maybe they're trying to make good on some recent criticism they've received as far as pricing. I definitely thought it would be at least $230 like 3PO. Adding in the free shipping makes it fairly easy to justify.

I do agree they over priced him given how little he comes with. The higher price point is an indication of Sideshow's confidence in how much demand there is for a figure like this.

The original sculpt of Bossk is perfectly fine, but yes - not movie accurate. Which i find as a big plus.

Ordering with rewards points is definitely the way to go, so I did it. You can't stack those with coupons but you can stack them with free shipping. And by the time the coupon is eligible, this free shipping might be gone. Rewards points are also best used on things that will go to wait list before they are coupon eligible, rather than on something that you can use a coupon on instead.

IG-88 had 2500 + 750 LE made.
Bossk had 3000 + 1250 LE made.
Boba Fett had unknown regular + 2000 LE made.

How many changes did V2 Fett have? Were there worthwhile improvements?

I'm super excited on this one. I've always loved the look of 4-LOM and the possibility of Bossk being re-released with a better head-sculpt is just too cool.

Yeah, I'm interested to see what else they've changed on Bossk. Besides the head, I wasn't a huge fan of the body, and I also wish they had used the new white bib from the Luke X/Snowspeeder as opposed to the original one V1 came with (and which is still shown in the 4-LOM promo pic.) The new Luke style bib is smaller and much more accurate.

Hopefully by the time they announce V2 Bossk they might have made that swap. The rest of the V1 Bossk outfit is pretty great.

I know China's labor market crashed a few months back, and I've noticed Hot Toys prices aren't increasing. I wonder if this is going to be a sign of things to come.

I really hope if they re-release Bossk, that they include the snarling head as it looks really sweet. I understand it's not screen accurate but not every collector has to have that screen accurate figure in that stoic screen accurate pose. I like to pose my figures in various poses with character and that head sculpt really has some character to it. Just my .02

The snarling head was the Exclusive, that would be pretty ****** if they re-released it.

Umm... well, technically, that head was a SSC exclusive, and it might be a SSC exclusive again.

Not sure why it's okay to re-release an old figure, but not re-release the old figure's EX accessory if it will be an EX again?
