They do have two sets of hands with the original but they are not very different. Arms are clumsy but then again, he could not hold his weapon in the movie either.

I have to say, the exclusive snarling Bossk sculpt is super awesome. Once I put it on, its never come off. I realize it is not movie representative but it looks way more lifelike and fun to pose than the inarticulate movie mask.

If all I wanted was to pose the characters in one iconic "from the movie moment" I could just as well buy statues. Over half the fun of these figures is doing stuff we didn't get to see that well or at all in the movies.

Looks great. Glad I didn't get the Medicom version. Hopefully the last two aren't far behind.

Yet again a long wait from order to shipping. This is expected to ship January - March 2017.

Sent from the Death Star communication division.

The limbs I thought were the key problem on the original release - they just didn't look right with wrist joints. The legs/feet fared a little better, but still not great. And in the movie the limbs have a slimy, naturally tapering reptilian look but on the figure they look like perfect cylinders with pineapple skin.

I know the choices made are for poseability, but you can take that too far. With IG-88's shoulders, they actually redid the whole look of his shoulder bells and the SSC IG head looks a little funky - I think because they redid it for neck articulation and the light-up effect (even though effect is very cool.)

Not trying to derail the thread. 4-LOM really looks great and it's a definite PO.

But just wanted to go back to Bossk for a minute. They could include an arm that's already holding his rifle, like what they did with Greedo. The other arm would be used to hold the foregrip. Then have another set with relaxed palms or whatever. Just pop out the arms at the elbow.

I think the feet would need to stay as is just for poseability.

If they're going to the trouble of sculpting a new head, why not go another step to make him an even better figure?

It'll probably still be too tall based on their Threepio.

They'll be tricksy with their photography, but it'll be okay because Sideshow's 4-LOM will be the one played by Liam Neeson in Rogue One.

Fett's rocket looks like it has the grapple fins.

Yeah V2 of Fett used the Proto Fett backpack that had the practical fins.

It's a cast of the 3PO suit, so yeah 4-LOM would be around the same height as 3PO (adjusted for bigger head) but SSC 3PO was a smidge too tall. Does anyone have a SSC Bossk to stand SSC 3PO next to?

Bossk looks pretty tall there. Looks like he's a bit over 6' tall. I think Anthony Daniels was around 5-10" in the suit, maybe an inch taller than Luke.

Okay, now to try and type what I began 10 hours ago before we were rudely interrupted by the site down time!

Bossk is just over 12". Threepio looks dead on 12".

Bossk is taller by the crest on the top of his head.

Free shipping isn't bad. Might be worth ordering now instead of waiting for the coupon. They will probably remove that offer once coupon eligible and be a wash anyway.
