Just wondering why they you mentioned they may have lowered it. Because I can't think of many statues where they did that. Can you?

Looks like 1st qtr 2012. At least they are stepping up on the QC.

I'm glad that I didn't have this on order, but I do want one and these delays are just taking off the luster I have for this piece.

wish I could've paid this off sooner, looks like the economy is shaping up pretty ____ty, wanted to take advantage of a better exchange rate. think thats why a lot of pieces are being delayed, costs and exchange rate risks.

I don't think that's the reason for the delays.

for your own protection, get your money back.

eBay and paypal will only allow you to dispute a transaction within 45 days.

If you had put yourself on the waiting list on www.sideshowtoy.com it most likely would've converted.

Im not sure if the seller on eBay requested you to pay in full, if he/she did.. you might be SOL come March 2012. They have no incentive to ship it to you since your payment does not qualify for a charge back (since over 45 days have elapsed).

I really wish people would avoid PREORDER items on auction sites.

Its senseless and you put yourself in a lot of risk. The seller has no incentive to ship if they already have your money.

This is a cold hobby to be a newb', because one mistake can cost your hundreds or thousands of dollars.

It's never a good I ideal to do preorders on eBay unless u know the statue is going to release within weeks. GL on getting your refund.
