I held off after beetlejuice.... I have an aci body which I might swap out.

The only downgrade from the proto that is visible is the stupidly long cords on the gun holster! They need to be trimmed right down
I kindda wish they'd included the Stump and despite head with a non ripped shirt. Noticed the arm rip wasn't on the proto too.

Yeah, the strings need to probably be replaced, too thick as well as being too long.

Preordered mine today!
There are so many cool accessories that can be added to this guy! The dagger of course and maybe a tape recorder, Linda severed head, stack of books and pail for the severed hand...

I would love to tackle that tape recorder. Loved that pic for the original teaser from SS. I thought for sure it would have be an accessory.

Just saw this on Facebook..... those holster strings defiantly need cutting!
I never understand the sideshow logic - The final sculpt looks better than the proto but they messed up the gun holster, easy fix.
The other thing is the fabric above the chainsaw should be silver tape and shouldn't be that much of it. hopefully that can be fixed.... fingers crossed there's shirt underneath.... knowing sideshow not

Looks pretty good! Strings are a easy fix. As for the tape, just use some real duct tape!

Yep, I used real tape my Deadite figure and it looked great.

Hmm, still not liking this one as much as I'd like. The sculpt definitely seems to have improved, but also seems to have more of a caricature kind of look to it now. And the huge neck and overly broad and muscular body doesn't seem to really fit the character too well either.
Looks very nice.....
