Are these other instruments from the Holiday Special only? I haven't gone back and watched Episode IV specifically for the band, but from everything I've been reading online, all the 'official' material states that there were only six members in the cantina during that film. I know some stills show there could have been a seventh hiding back there...

There s the metal thing that you can see in the holiday special picturees. Not the tall tube thing, but what the geocities site calls the gasan string drum. In the film, there's more to this instrument. I've sent yodacappy all the pictures I have. If you look at them, that string drum is taller than in the HS. So I think the band member is standing behind a stand that raises the part. Bit higher. There's also a couple boxes on either side with frames on it. There's also a metal ball on the upper right side.

If I could type faster and didn't have a 3 year old to watch, id post pictures and my sketches of what 8 see in the pics.

Ordered a Figrin 'Dan yesterday thanks to one of Microjow's giftcards! He should be here on Friday.

For $62 shipped I couldn't say no :lecture

OK I've got a question for those who have all the band members.
When you bought the Tedn D'hai and Nalan Cheel Bith Band - Modal Nodes Sideshow Store Exclusive Edition did they come in the same box as theTech Mo'r and Doikk Na'ts Bith Band - Modal Nodes
Sideshow Exclusive Edition Comic-Con 2012 Exclusive
?
I just got my store exclusive from BBTS and the boxes were the same as the Comic Con version, but with different instruments but the same names.
Is this right or a packaging error?

Well, they aren't a 'complete set' just yet...

After giving it some thought, I've decided to go the 'six figure' route rather than the 'seven figure' route.

Originally, I was going to order another Tech / Doikk set, give Doikk the extra instrument that came with Figrin D'an, and have the second Tech sitting in the background (as the seventh band member appears to be doing in the stills.)

But then my friend told me he had a spare $75 gift card he wasn't going to use and asked if I wanted him to order anything from the Sideshow site for me.

So, taking the money into consideration, I've opted to get a second Figrin D'an and turn him into Ickabel.

Yes, I've spent way too much time thinking about this for my own good.

Got Figrin in the mail today... very cool figure and glad I have one. I'll stay away from a full set, but I'm happy to have this guy in the collection :rock

He really is... glad I listened to you on him and awesome I was able to use a GC on him :rock

If I had a ridiculous amount of space I'd love a full set of them; but right now I can't justify an entire shelf to 6 variants no matter how cool it would be :lol

Agreed... if they were priced like the Battle Droid set I'd be interested; but $90 a piece is too much.

I'm really expecting a massive lack of interest and planning to get one for around $60 or less.

BTW, I continue to get close with my low price predictions. Ended up dropping $62 for him shipped thanks to Microjow's generosity :duff

Damn... Let me know if you guys stumble on a GC you don't need... I want to pick up the throne.

And I'm glad you dig him, Joe. The paint apps are really nice on the Biths. I have been thinking about picking up a new pair of pants for D'an though. The ones he comes with are a little weird in the hip area thanks to the Pro.
