Same on mine. This was my first Sideshow figure and was the only noticeable difference betweeen my Hot Toys figures.

Cloak definitely makes Maul. I have the medi cloaks and SS V1 clocks too. Nicely done. Your tailorer should make it longer though, a little longer almost covering his ankles. How do the arm sleeves look?

I have a few of the sideshow versions, and 2 of the hasbro versions. It's not screen accurate but my favorite cloak is the medicom version
